Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, the food should always be refrigerated at 0 - 4° c. This means that you can have all the pouches in the refrigerator. This way the food will easily last for 5 days. Freezing the food can extend the shelf life by more than a month. This is not required if you plan to serve the food within 5 days.
Once you receive the delivery, we recommend you to store it in the refrigerator immediately to preserve the freshness of the food.

Since we portion the food according to your pet’s daily requirement, the best way is to use one pouch for your pet’s daily requirement (in one or more meal times). While splitting the food for more than one meal time, ensure only the food for immediate consumption is warmed/brought to room temperature. Keep the remaining in refrigerator. It is best to reheat only the amount needed.

Store meals on the fridge racks, preferably at the back end. Avoid the fridge door and definitely avoid keeping it in the vegetable rack.

Any new food that you are introducing to your pet, start with lesser quantity and gradually increase it over a period of time. We suggest you to start by mixing Pawfect Bowl with your pet’s current diet. You can start with as less as 2-3 spoonful (for every meal time) if your pet has a sensitive stomach. Bring to 100% over a week’s time.

We do not recommend mixing Pawfect Bowl food with any other foods except during the transition phase. Our food is vet formulated with all the essential nutrients required for your fur baby and is a completely balanced meal in itself. Mixing it with other food can lead to dilution/concentration of one or more nutrient(s) (depending on the food you mix).

Our food remains consumable for 5 days when refrigerated at 0 - 4° c.
